Permanent Warter Guard spray from manufacturer ATSKO is fluorocarbon water-based impregnation for clothing, tents, sleeping bags and the like. The application restores the water resistance of the material, increases the resistance to dirt while maintaining breathability. The manufacturer states that the correct impregnation procedure can withstand up to 25 washes . Prevents the formation of stains from salt, dirt and mud.
Impregnation for all types of synthetic and blended fabrics (polyester, microfibers, nylon, polyamide, dacron, polypropylene, rayon, fleece fabrics, laminated and coated fabrics). High efficiency on cotton fabrics has also been tested. Restores the mentioned water-repellent treatment of the outer layer in all water-repellent and waterproof / breathable systems such as Gore-Tex®, BlocVent®, Climatic®, eVENT®®, HyVent®, Gelanots®, Entrant and the like. The preparation is absolutely safe for the treatment of products with insulating filling (feathers, synthetic fibers).
APPLICATION: the fabric must be clean and free from detergent residues before application. It is applied by spraying on a damp fabric until it is evenly applied to the material. Allow to air dry. Then activate the effect by ironing (only the materials you can iron), in the clothes dryer, or by drying it outdoors in the sun during the warm summer (polymerization by energy absorbed UV radiation). When used on natural absorbent materials, a second application of the formulation is suitable.
